I leave them if it's at my apartment's laundry mat. If it's a public laundry mat, I stay with them.

They usually would steal if you left them. Even at apartments, it can happen. Happened to us when I was little. But in sure other places people don't steal. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I've done both in an urban city area and never had any bad experiences. I'd usually try to go during less busy hours, and "make friends" with the attendant if there's one. There's also the drop off service and pay by the pound, it would be about even for me. If it was a lil extra I didn't mind out of convenience.

In my apartment, we have a special room for laundry. Me and my SO, throw it in the washer, go shopping, come back and put them in the dryer. We have never had anyone steal our clothes 😂 But if it was a public place then yeah I would’ve stayed

Why would you leave them? Also last time I used a laundromat apparently someone forgot part of their stuff because I came back with a pair of men’s underwear and mans tee shirt, my husband teased me a lot over that so always be sure to check the machines thoroughly.
