Try coconut oil for lube and eat pineapple with core starting 3-4 days after ovulation for at least 6 days apparently helps the egg to implant

Following. Iv been taking prenatal as well as maca root vitamins. I’m using preseed and premama fertility and looking for anything else that could help!
