Do you wash your meat before cooking?
There is a lot of controversy on this subject with people saying that those who don’t wash their meat aren’t “clean” or “can’t cook”
Food scientists & Doctors insist that washing meat only spreads harmful bacteria and does not reduce harmful bacteria in cooked meat, as all the harmful bacteria are cooked off when heated to the right temp.
Culturally, my family washes their meat but I do not and will not no matter how much they shame me 😂
