Too Flexible. Help!
Any of you ladies having any joint issues due to excessive flexibility.
I’m 20 weeks and 4 days and for the past 3 weeks I’ve notice that my flexibility has increased to the point of joint instability. I’m staring to limp because my right hip is so unstable. My workout routine has stayed the same except now I am having issues stabilizing during planks and bridges, and I can’t do any agility drills because it hurts.
I can touch my forehead to my knees!! This is not normal for me. I don’t even have to warmup to be able to do this.
I know my body is producing elastin which is making everything in my body more stretchy, but this isn’t cool.
I’m wondering if any of you ladies have or had this issue?
