About 3 years ago I lost 80 pounds. I was running like crazy and not really dieting but eating lots of fresh fruit and veggies, lean meats, and whole grains. I had my 2nd son 2 years ago and for about a year I've struggled losing the weight. I'm doing the exact same as I did before and I cant really lose anything! I'm running 15 to 18 miles a week and averaging around 1400 to 1500 calories a day and drinking my weight in water every day. WHAT GIVES?!?!?! it's super frustrating and annoying!!!!
