i need answers

i just realized i won’t have enough pills to last me the rest of this month. i just started the pill on the first, my doctor gave me a “sample pack” with only 28 pills... my next appointment is on the 31 but that means i wouldn’t have taken my pill for 3 days... is that ok, or should i be panicking?? 😬
