Tenosynovitis?
Please tell me I'm not the only one dealing with it. I've developed it in both wrists, so I have constant pain in my wrist (thumb side) and up my thumbs. It's excruciating, I have to keep them braced 24/7 to even remotely help the pain, Tylenol doesn't help and when I wake up in the morning I can't even move my wrists or thumbs. My OB had it in her pregnancy and told me that it should hopefully get better after delivery but there's nothing I can do now 😭 I'm considering asking for physical therapy or something to help. I can't clean or do laundry or even hold my phone for more than 5 minutes at a time. Why does pregnancy come with such stupid side effects?
