Concerned!!!! Is this normal or something else?!

So it’s literally been a week since my cycle ended. And yesterday i started bleeding again. Its light and dark red. Im cramping as if its a regular cycle. Other than that i have no symptoms. But I’ve never had this happen before. So I’m very concerned. I was stressed a-lot leading up to the restart of my cycle. But stress has never caused me to start a week later after I’ve already had one. So I’m weirded out. Then Im trying not to pysch myself out but saw that sometimes you can bleed during ovulation or that chlamydia causes bleeding in between cycles. So I’m going to get tested Friday. If i have that. Im about to kick my dude ass. Frfr. But other than that, i wanted to know if anyone else has experienced having a cycle exactly a week after having one? And could it be normal or what?
