Is it possible

Is it possible to have headaches a week after conception .. I have had sinus pressure in my head for a couple days it subsided quit a bit but still there and now I have a horrible headache which I never really get I also have to pee every 2 hours and didn’t drink a whole lot and I swear I’m about to throw up ... could it be possible to already be feeling symptoms like this so early?
