Help I need advice

So this is a long story but I’ll try to shorten it. This guy from work, I’ll call him B, he’s a good friend, but he tried to get with my best friend Megs. It didn’t work out and I was kinda in an awkward spot supporting them both through it. I wasn’t about to pick sides. But suddenly me and B were hanging out more but I had made it clear I was only interested in being friends.. but he kept trying to be more. We’ve had arguments over this.. This is where it gets even more confusing for me. In another department in my store this guy J started flirting with me, which I was fine with as I have a naturally flirty and joking personality, to which he was aware of. Suddenly J was trying to hook up with me and it was so awkward for me considering he has a Girlfriend. I wasn’t interested in him that way anyway it was his best friend I liked/ still like.

Anyway I was simply trying to rant it out to blow off steam so I didn’t cause a blow up of drama. I went off about it to B and he thinks that’s the perfect time to say he wants a relationship and he wants to know how I feel about him. I just stopped answering.. Now B is trying to tell me who I can’t talk too including my best friend who is basically my brother! I don’t know what to do anymore. And when I snapped he went out with some girl and is ‘acting’ like they’re hooking up, I mean I couldn’t careless that he’s doing that, it’s that fact he’s trying to make me jealous that’s irritating. He thinks he can control me..
