Did anyone get nosebleeds in early, early pregnancy?

I’ve been vomiting and have had nose bleeds.
Currently in tww! Never had this with my son. 
Interesting to find out 🙂

With my last pregnancy I did. I never had nose bleeding as a symptom of pregnancy so i didn’t think much of it but I was pregnant.

I had nosebleeds throughout my pregnancy. My OB said it’s very common.

I did because your body is having 50% more blood running through it
