Tips for Weight loss
I was wondering if anyone had any tips for losing weight? I wanna get back to my normal weight which is in between the 120-130 range. in the past 3 years I have went from 123 to 160. I’m not confident with my body anymore. I’ve always had thicker thighs and a butt but with me gaining that weight it’s gotten even worse. I just wanna feel good about myself again. I was just gonna see if y’all had any tips or anything I could try to help boost weight loss.
