It looks like he or she has been kicking at his crib or pack and play. Doesn’t look like anything serious at all. I also really disagree with the hand foot and mouth comment. They look like lines and marks, not bubbles.

It kind of looks like the beginning of coksackie virus (hand foot mouth). Are there spots anywhere else? Is your baby scratching? Have you been around any one infected? Is your child in daycare/been somewhere they could have been infected? It’s extremely contagious amongst young children.
