Spotting

I’m 12+4, 36y with my first baby. I went to the bathroom a couple of hours ago and when I wiped I had this spotting. I haven’t had any cramping with it and when I went to the bathroom and hour later there was nothing. Has anyone else experienced this, is this something I should be concerned with? I’m starting to get nervous. Pleas help!
