Extremely proud of myself
So last year I tried a planking challenge it was one of those 30 day challenges and I never completed it I only did like a week then I gave up entirely on working out despite me wanting a flat stomach and knowing I needed to commit to working out but committing to working out was so hard for me I told myself ok 2019 is my year I wanna be able to wear cute swimsuits and feel good in one well my new year I got my period so I didn’t start right away and then after that I kept putting it off and i was disappointing myself I just couldn’t bring myself to do anything and I really didn’t know what to do and I knew I didn’t want to start in a gym just yet but about a week ago I remembered the planking challenge and how it was easier for me to commit to doing one thing not a whole work out so I went and found a 30 day sit up challenge and I’ve stuck with it I’m now on day 7 doing 45 sit ups it hurts and I’m sore but I know it’s working I’m ever so slightly beginning to see small changes in my stomach and I’m over the moon about it I’m so happy I’ve made it to day 7 after this 30 day challenge I’m gonna do maybe 2 more then start finding full work outs I know this is only just a start but the fact I started and have committed to it makes me so happy I can’t wait to see more noticeable results later on but for now I’m extremely happy
