Out of breath before period?

So I’m supposed to get my period Saturday and I’ve been so out of breath!! Does this happen to anyone else? I feel like I cant get a good deep breath in but idk if it’s because of my upcoming period or just my anxiety lol

Yes yes yes I thought I was the only one like 3,4,5 days before my period I gets extremely out of breath don’t no why

My thoughts are anxiety, but PMS can cause hormone changes, anxiety and mood swings so could be a combination.
