Weight loss
Hey everyone,
So I need some major tips on losing weight. I’ve struggled with my weight for most of my life and now that I am TTC I want to lose weight before getting pregnant so I can have a healthy body to carry a precious baby in. I’ve tried the Keto diet but I struggle with severe migraines and I found that I can’t eat red meat or pork. What is some tips that helped you guys? Any and everything helps so please feel free to tell me anything! I’m currently trying to do some form of physical activity when I wake up and before I go to bed and I’m also only eating 2 times a day. I’m not a breakfast person so I eat lunch and dinner and for “breakfast” fruit and water or green tea. I currently weigh 2ish and I carry my weight in my stomach and butt and thighs.
