Some say it’s a myth and some swear by it. I tried for 5 months and never laid down after. Decided one time after sex on my 6th month of trying that I would just lay in the bed on my phone for a little bit and that’s the very time I got pregnant. Could be a coincidence but it worked for me.

In general it’s a myth, but if you want to do it don’t lay for more then 20 minutes before you pee and clean up, otherwise you’re risking infection

After I had an IUI my fertility doctor had me lay, and table went up and hips raised. For about 20 min. So I do it at home too, seems to be worth a shot, can’t hurt. I’ve been pregnant 3 times, done it every time.
