You’re not pregnant. Don’t overthink things. Its so simple you used 2 types of protection. 
My husband and I were able to post-pone baby making for 2.5 years where the first half of this time we used a condom AND he came inside all the time ( with the condom on). And the the the other half of that time we got bored so we only used the pull out method ( not that I recommend it) but it worked.
