Exercise for morning sickness
Has anyone found that light exercise helped with morning sickness? I have not worked out since last week as morning sickness hit me at the weekend (6weeks on the dot) today I thought I really wanna workout as I like to do a bit of cardio once or twice a week and thought let me see how it goes. Well I’ve just done the modified version of T25 cardio and I actually don’t feel sick anymore 🙏🏾 anyone else had the same thing? I dont wanna jinx it but if this is the cure to my morning sickness I’ll be working out everyday lol
