Started Fairhaven Pro supplements only 10 days before ovulation....
I usually spot and cramp a decent amount during ovulation, this cycle just mild cramps and no spotting!! Used clearblue advanced ovulation test too and preseed. Would the supplements cause no spotting? Not sure if it's a good or bad thing I didn't spot with ovulation like I normally do. Any input would be great! Thank you!
