Having the same issues. Actually waiting to see the doc now for my 20 week checkup and going to ask. I’ve read that sometimes the relaxin hormone can strike hard early which can cause the pain. They call it symphysis pubis disfunction. For me it feels like bone on bone at times. Rolling over in bed or sitting/walking for an extended period of time kills me. Hoping to find some relief soon

Currently dealing with that , and also Alot of energy is Tooken away from me this is my 3rd pregnancy as well. . soooo different from my other 2 that's forsure !
