Trying to budget

So I’ve been tracking my spending and bills and I’ve come up with this:

This is all my expenses per month. And the 4 bills at the bottom I could cancel if I really needed to but I’m just trying to plan for every expense I have at the moment.

I want to purchase a new car (the $220 car payment.) After all my bills, saving and spending money, I will have $75 left.. But I was wondering if you think this budget is too tight?
