i wake up early and get tired easily

i wake up naturally at 5am it's so annoying even when i went to bed at 10 or 12 .. and can't fall back asleep so i think hey i'll start my day right ; and fall back asleep at like 11pm 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ sleep all day pretty much , how do i stay awake and energized all day like how i feel when i first wake up ??
