I'm 19 and my bf 32

Age is just a number unless it is illegal. However some are gross or weird. Do you guys have anything in common? I feel like not many people would at these ages.

19 I had no clue who I was. I’m 29 now and am totally different. I worry that where you are as a young adult will change as an adult and as that happens your partner won’t like that or find that your new changes aren’t what he likes

Age is just a number. However be wary when dating people much older than you. They might have different motives or be more immature than what you would expect. Also dont let them shape who you will be or stop you from growing as a person at all.

I do but i also believe there is a limit. Like what are y’alls intentions. And your in two completely different stages of life. My cousin is 22 her bf is 42 and his daughter is 22 that’s just weird to me. And now they just had a baby. I just feel as though if your going to have a boyfriend y’all need to be in the same stage of life. You can’t even go have a drink out with him or go to a club with him. What’s does he want with someone who is barely legal? 
My husband is turning 23 and I’m turning 21 so no i can’t go drink with him but everything else we can go do together I’ll be able to drink with him in less then 6 months (i couldn’t anyways because I’m pregnant) 
Just personally i couldn’t be with someone if i was questioning their intentions all the time and with that age gap i would be. He has his life established.. do you have a job? Are you in college getting a career? Your own place? Own car? Idk it’s just weird to me but it’s your life you do what you want that’s just my opinion

To a certain degree yes. I personally find that a little weird though. I mean, a middle aged man and someone who’s just barely legal? Seems a little odd. But hey, as long as it’s consensual and both people are truly happy then who cares. That’s the main thing

My SO is 21 years younger than me but I wouldn’t have dated him if we was under 21 or didn’t have certain life experiences already. For example, if he had always only lived at home and had never had to be responsible for things like rent, insurance, or a car note or if he’d never had a job or proven he could support himself. Actually it’s the same for men in their 30s and 40s....without certain life experiences, they wouldn’t even be on my list for discussion. Yeah some people think our age difference is “weird”, but they simply don’t know what they’re talking about because they’ve never been there themselves. I don’t believe in living my life according to what others think is “weird”. 
That said, you can still date this guy and have fun.  I think dating an older man gives you a different experience. When I was in my 20s I dated a guy 13 years older than me and I loved it. He knew all about doing nice stuff that people my age were clueless about. Would I get serious and marry him at 19?,...absolutely not but if you’re 28 and he’s 40, that’s okay especially if you take the time to get to know him.

At some points but if your extremely appart the likely hood of it working out isn't great I know alot of people who had over 20 or 30 year difference and it didn't end well at all

My husband was 32 when we met and I was 18, we are now 40 and 26. Its just age, as long as you are happy.

I agree as long as you are happy. Why I do agree I will say my husband is 11 years older then me and we have been together for 12 years and at times you can definitely tell the age difference.
