I got my Depo shot about a month ago, my first period since then is supposed to start in about 7 days. For about two days now, I have been bleeding off and on. Sometimes it’s quite a bit and sometimes it’s just spots. I used a tampon one day because I thought I had started my period but there wasn’t much on it so I haven’t used one since. I bleed mostly when I urinate, and inconsistent spotting off and on after. I wore a panty liner while I slept last night and nothing was on it when I woke up. But when I went to urinate, there was quite a bit of blood. Should I log that I’m “spotting” is that considered spotting? I’ve heard that Depo causes weird periods but I’m not sure if I should consider this one?
