Cervical mucus
I know checking your cervical mucus is a great why to track fertility and I have been using this method for the past few months. However, we have no conceived and I am wondering if me checking and removing cervical fluid is counter productive. If the fluids help sperm survive and reach the egg, isn’t removing some to check harmful?
