Is this too much baby dancing? I confirmed ovulation with Opk.

We do every other day but day before and day of ovulation (based on OPK), but I agree that is depends on your man's situation.

i wonder the same thing. i have read skipping a day is better for sperm concentration to build up, but we don’t try to skip — we just do it when we feel like it which happens to be nearly everyday. please update if you did get pregnant from this! i didn’t.

I was told by an OB every other day is ideal. But kudos for going above and beyond!

My understanding is that ideal frequency depends on male sperm count. If his numbers are good, go for it as often as you want/can! If his numbers are low, stick to every other day to give him a chance to replenish the supply :) good luck!
