What do you guys do to try and relax when you're stressed? I'm almost 15 weeks pregnant have a one year old baby girl it's the middle of winter where I am and our FURNACE QUIT WORKING and our hot water pipe is frozen. 🙃 I'm trying to relax because I'm so stressed it's hard to breathe and I know it's bad for the baby to be stressed and I don't like my daughter seeing me this way. Helppppp. We have someone coming to hopefully fix the furnace today but that's another concern is how much it'll cost to fix.

This is the weather forecast for the next week. 🙃 We do have space heaters so it's not ice cold in here but last year our furnace broke and all of our pipes burst so we had to move in with my parents for six months while everything could get fixed here. I'm just stressed to the max and don't know how to try and relax myself
