Anyone have a short cycle?
My cycle is pretty consistent. Its regularly averaging 29 days long. Yet AF just showed up and she’s a full 10 days early. I haven’t drastically changed anything or been more stressed so I’m unsure what prompted her early arrival. Just wondering now if any of you average a 19 day cycle with or without any issues?
