New and Confused
So, I just got a good bbt thermometer this month so I’m still trying to understand all of this. I got a positive OPK on the 14th. Now my temp is trending up, more than a week later about 4 days before my expected period. Then glow tells me that I might be ovulating today because of the temp spike. I’m a little confused and wondering what to make of this. Anyone have any insight?
