Anyone else have a cold?

I will be 6 weeks tomorrow and have been miserable with a stuffy nose, headache, and sore throat for going on four days now 😩 It’s also been affecting my sleep, so while I’m exhausted, I just toss and turn because I can’t breathe. Can anyone relate or have any suggestions?

Sleeping with the humidifier on the bedroom has been a big help for me, and saline nasal spray.

5 weeks and 6 days and I have the flu 😷

Prop yourself up at night it helps not to get so stuffy. Do nasal rinses with distilled warm water and salt. Lots of fluids!!

Same and I’ve had a dry hacking cough for over a week 😩😩 I’m opting not to take anything just rest when I can and plenty of fluids
