So my boyfriend and I have been dating for a while now. Like, 2 years going on 3. When we first started dating it was on the table from the start that neither one of us wanted kids. Ever, lol. Reason being is both of our careers, very demanding, and we don’t want to be responsible for raising kids.

My boyfriends mother said “So, when will I get grandkids?” My boyfriend said “we dont want kids.” And she asked if I wanted them, and I said no. She grabbed a cross and put it against my forehead and said “be gone Satan.” I was like wtf. She laughed afterwards and I didn’t think much of it until I was driving home and I was like errr. Idk, would you think it’s weird?

I haven’t told him that I thought it was weird because it doesn’t seem like a big deal, but would anyone else think it is?
