I recieved this and I've been trying to figure out if this is a 14 day or a 30 day notice to quit? The whole thing makes no sense to me the way it was written kinda questioning the lawyer my landlord used. I'm not behind on rent so if it is in fact a 14 day its invalid the landlord wants us out because he wants to remodel the house and to make more money plus he said it's a safety issue with the number of people here. And I always thought a 14 day notice was used for people that were behind on rent.
