Bleeding

I was suppose to get my period on the 6th I didn’t get it I took pregnancy test they look negative to me . But then 2 weeks after I started bleeding a little and then more so I’m not sure if it’s implantation bleeding or my period ?!!!! Can someone please help me out .

What should I do or ??
