Anyone cramping ? OCT 5TH

I am seeming to be getting a decent amount of cramping and was wondering if others were too ? I had a silent miscarriage at 7 weeks with my last one. I am hoping it's the extra fiber intake causing me gas pains ???? I did take prenantals before pregnancy but not as strict.

Yes! I have been cramping on and off for a week. I actually assumed it was just AF coming before I hot my BFP.

I found out I’m 4 weeks. I though flow was coming but nope took a blood test yesterday to confirm it. But yea I’ve been having cramps to and don’t want to worry about it but is it normal
