This is not a real complaint.. but has anyone else’s family gone crazy for the first baby? I added everything to my registry- send the link ONLY to my mom as it’s not final/not 100% complete to send out with the baby shower invites. I added a crib, changing table, dresser, mattress, bedding, rug, etc for the room. A Chicco seat and travel system and about 10 other items (figures everyone can choose clothes, blankets and all the cute stuff from

Anywhere) and then...

She literally purchased the ENTIRE registry. Every single thing over $20. I’m only 19 weeks. I feel like this is overboard, and idk, just odd.

Did anyone else parents do this for a first child? I will add I am an only child- no siblings- no cousins and this is the only baby ever born into the family since myself 27 years ago!
