Is anyone else pregnant and still breastfeeding? Baby is 1 year on Valentine’s Day and i just found out I’m 4 weeks pregnant. With my last pregnancy I got so sick i lost 30 pounds. I’m concerned if i still breast feed, I wont be able to support the needs of a growing fetus and my baby. I don’t want to loose this fetus because I lost the one before last. Can I start weaning to whole milk you think? She won’t take formula and I don’t have a frozen supply. Thoughts?? I’ll be calling doctors tomorrow, I’m just worried right now. Thanks in advance!
