I need help

So I know this may sound a little dumb, but I just found out that I’m pregnant & I want to make a doctors appointment but I have no idea what kind of office to go to. Do I need an ob-gyn or do I go to an actual hospital? This is my first time and I have no idea what I’m doing. Someone please help.
