I have my body back! Transformation post.

I started working out a couple of months ago. Mostly running and the occasional yoga/ab workout. But I didn’t do it to “get my body back”. All my friends are back to their skinny selves, but after being told to eat more for years (because I was skinny), I’m enjoying the silence from people in regards to my body. 😊

I love running. I’ll be running a 10k in July and I’m so pumped! If you want to feel healthier, or stronger, or more confident, work that ass! If you’re doing it so you can look like you did in your teens, sit down, relax, and learn to love who you are now. Give yourself grace. Learn to appreciate your amazing, strong, incredible body.

I’m not “getting my body back” because I HAVE my body, and I love it. I grew a baby and pushed it out with my body! I’ve showed my husband many a good time with my body. ;) My body has strong legs that move like pistons when I run! My body houses a fierce, strong, beautiful soul.

Please, large or small, short or tall, be proud! You are incredible.
