We just had our first pregnancy scare. When I told him I missed my periods he replied with “oh okay”. I was shocked by how many unbothered he sounded but assumed it was shock so I brushed it off. The following day he didn’t even bother asking if I was okay, whether I think we should take a test, I asked him why he seems unbothered and he said if there’s anything to tell I’ll let him know. I was hurt, still am. Yesterday my periods finally came 7 days late, I was relieved because we’re not ready for a baby. So I immediately texted him and he replied “lucky you”. I didn’t know how to reply so I just ignored. He hasn’t texted and I haven’t replied either coz I’m really hurt and I don’t wanna say things I dont mean. Is it normal for a guy to act like this? Yes we have our ups and downs like any other couple but I expected a little emotional support through the whole ordeal? Do all men behave like this??
