So I’m 38 weeks pregnant I have been working for Walmart for almost 2 years, I was under part time but I work 36 or more hours which is supposed to be considered full time. I call the loa number and now she is saying I don’t get any type of benefit because I wasn’t under full time the lady over the phone was being rude saying she didn’t know anything and she couldn’t tell me anything or answer none of my questions so now I’m stuck here not knowing what to do??
