What is your feeding schedule for your dog?

Question

How many times do you feed them each day? How much do you give them at each feeding? Please include their breed/size for reference. 
I'm trying to get an idea on what I should be feeding my dog. Every chart online is different. I have a vet appointment next month, so I'm going to bring it up then.

I have a Chihuahua who grazes. I'll fill her bowl whenever it's empty lol

I have a Pomeranian, 8lbs and he just grazes. He eats a little here & there, I probably give him about 1.5 cups every couple of days when he empties his bowl. He gets a few treats a day too, depending on what we’re doing and how active he is that day. Honestly I feel like he doesn’t eat enough but he’s actually considered at the top of his breed scale so he must be getting enough 🤷🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♀️

I always raised my pets to be 'grazers'. Which is what the vets around here suggest as well. I put a bowl of food out every day in the morning and let them pick how much/when. They usually come and take a couple kibbles, drink some water, and then leave for a few hours and then come back. 🤷

All 3 eat twice a day-once in the morning and once in the evening, 1 cup full. They’re all rescues/mutts. I have a border collie/blue heeler mix, a whipador (lab whippet mix), and a red heeler/yellow lab mix.

I have a 4 year old husky/lab, he is about 65lbs and a 1 year old German shepherd/st Bernard/lab, she is about 75lbs.
I feed both of them twice a day, about 1.5-2 cups at each feeding.

Our english bulldog is fed twice daily. 1 and 1/4 cups each feed, she's fed Fromm Four Star Grain-free. We fed her three times daily until about 6 months old though.

We have a 6 year old Dachshund, who is 20lbs. To maintain his diet he only needs 1 cup of regular dry store bought food a day. With this breed we need to make sure there is no weight gain because it's bad for the spine. 
Some dog foods have a chart on the packaging which could help until you get directions from the vet?
