Pregnant with PCOS?

How many of you have gotten pregnant and have PCOS? How long did it take you and is there anything special you did?

Hi I got pregnant with pcos , I did keto diet and in 2nd month I fell pregnant.. but unfortunately it needed up in a miscarriage.. blighted ovum , nothing to do with pcos

Severe case of PCOS, eat ketogenic diet for almost a year (on and off last summer and during the holidays). Conceived naturally (and in shock) in December. Lost it at 4 weeks 2-3 days. And 2 weeks later pregnant again. I'm currently 6 weeks and 2 days. Again in shock. 
Me it's 100% my diet who made me pregnant. The low carb diet.
I have been suffering from PCOS since I'm 8 years olds with puberty and acne starting way to early. I'm 37 and still have acne. Although, it diminished tremendously since I started to eat Keto.
Since I know I'm pregnant (again after an early miscarriage), I had spotting so went to the emergency. Both the radiologist and the doctor told me after looking at all my kysts and fibrom on my ovaries and in my uterus... So it was an assisted pregnancy? And I'm like..  no naturally!!! And the radiologist said... No... you're kidding me!!! I found it kind of rude but funny at the same time!

Pregnant after 1st FET IVF. Clomid and IUI unsuccessful

I’m currently 8 weeks pregnant with 1st attempt ivf. I’ve tried diet and Clomid 7 rounds before but nothing worked until my ivf treatment. I was put on metformin as soon as I was diagnosed and still on it.
