Boobs hurting for weeks

I got off my period about 2 weeks ago n ever since I got off my period my boobs have been very sore and sensitive, they seem to be getting a little bigger as well so I'm not sure if its just them growing or not? This is my first time experiencing this and it's quite unpleasant lol 😌
