Just curious, what do you count as your period day 1? If you’re like me, you spot the day/days before bleeding heavily. I spot a day and half of old, dark brown blood (tmi) because having a heavy flow for 5 days or so. I started this old blood, light flow today. I have heard to not count CD 1 until your full, normal blood starts. I feel like this always throws off my ovulation predictions.
