Ummm??

Question

So just left the ER because I was having slight pains of course they reconfirmed I’m pregnant. So they do a vaginal ultrasound and tells me they don’t even see a gestational sac. Said It could be early. My last cycle was Dec 24.2018. What are the chances that it might be something wrong or is it really to early. Based off my last period I should be 4 weeks. I don’t know I’m just not understanding

I had one at 4 weeks because of right side pain and they didn’t see anything quite yet but went back yesterday at 6 weeks and they saw the sack and baby and a little heartbeat ! My doctor said 4 weeks was just reallyyyy early ! So I wouldn’t worry!

They couldn't see anything at 5w5d for me. I went back two weeks later and we saw the little baby!

I’m 5 1/2 weeks (I went to the dr because I thought i was farther) and at first they told me there was nothing. After a LOT of looking we found it. It was so small it was hardly visible. Don’t give up just yet, it may just be too soon
