I got a vvfl 3 days and then day before expected period

Spotting 10 days DPO and 12 days DPO.

Then day of expected period a bit of dark spotting.

Then I had a one day "period". It was very light. But bright, with small clots only.

It then just disappeared. I still have slight cramps but they come and go. And on both sides.

I was sick the week leading up to AF with nausea, dizziness, etc.

Anyone else experience this?

I typically have a 3-4 day period and I've never had this happen before.
