Slightly elevated bp

Went to the docs this morning for my 28 week apt, to find my blood pressure is slightly high 135/82 when it’s been fairly good the entire time. I’ve also had some pretty awful headaches, especially today. My doctor doesn’t seem worried, but was just wondering if any of you other ladies experienced something similar.
