Stress or if you lost a lot of weight. That happen to me i get my period every 3 months but i lost around 30 lbs in 3 months. And my period was late another month and i was having really bad morning sickness and i went to get check up and they told me i was late  because of the weight lost

Most likely stressing for nothing. The implant is 99.9% effective & also known for causing irregular bleeding patterns. But, if u are still worried, then just wait a bit longer & test again.
